Photo Deluxe Version 5

I have photo explosion Deluxe version 5 that I just bought. I have tried to install it twice and keep getting the same error. It says program is closing and then I have to go into Start task manager to close it.  Please let me know how to fix this problem or do I just need a refund?

When precisely is the error message appearing? Is it happening when you first start the program? Or is it happening when you try to do something within the program? If it is happening when you are trying to do something, what precisely are you trying to do when the error appears?

I am only clicking on the icon from the desktop to load it. Once it starts loading that is when the error occurs.

I do not know what is causing that error. I suspect that it may be something to do with one of the Windows components, but I am not certain. Which version of Windows are you running this on and is that a 32bit or 64bit installation of Windows? Also, did you notice any problems when you were trying to install the software? Were there any error messages during the installation?

I am not sure why you are experiencing that problem. I have Photo Explosion v5 installed on a Windows 7 64bit system and am experiencing no problems with it crashing. Do you have an active internet connection when you are using the program? Version 5 requires an internet connection in order to run. Perhaps there is some issue with it unable to connect to the internet that is causing the problem.
